Maud Coudrais


​​​​​​​Maud Coudrais has practiced law since 2001 and she founded her own law firm dedicated to family law in 2005.


She holds a Master's degree in criminal law and criminal sciences (University Jean Moulin Lyon 3), and a PhD in private law and criminal sciences (University of Aix-Marseille III).

In 2008, she defended her thesis dedicated to "The reconciliation of Legal techniques and Justice".

She taught private international law and family law  for ten years (Jean Moulin Lyon University 3).

 

She is trained in collaborative law.

Maud Coudrais prides herself on listening attentively to her clients, treating them all as individuals, tailoring advice to their particular needs, being aware of all the potential consequences.

In 2023, she published Réhumaniser le droit (LGDJ Editions/Lextenso).

Fluent in English and Italian. Basic in Russian.
